Karime Reyes Chaparro, el ingeniero de sistemas Josu\u00e9 David Beltr\u00e1n Beltr\u00e1n, la licenciada en educaci\u00f3n infantil Liliana Acosta Cotes y el administrador de empresas Elkin Fernando Delgado Ballesteros participaron, bajo la orientaci\u00f3n de los grupos de investigaci\u00f3n GEASID, IDENTUS, HYDRA, TAREPE e IDCEA, en la\u00a0Convocatoria N.\u00ba 002 de 2022 J\u00f3venes investigadores y semilleros de investigaci\u00f3n gestores del desarrollo rural;\u00a0\u00a0la cual busca consolidar comunidades del saber conformadas por grupos Ondas de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y media, semilleros de investigaci\u00f3n y j\u00f3venes vinculados a grupos de investigaci\u00f3n de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/p><p>La calidad educativa y el respaldo de UNISANGIL vali\u00f3 para que fuesen seleccionados como los merecedores de una beca econ\u00f3mica durante 1 a\u00f1o, a partir del 01 de agosto de 2022, asimismo cada semillero de investigaci\u00f3n recibir\u00e1 incentivos econ\u00f3micos para su Vocaciones Cient\u00edficas para el Desarrollo Rural del Departamento de Santander, el cual es desarrollado por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Bucaramanga (UNAB) en alianza con la Universidad de Santander (Udes) y la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria de San Gil (UNISANGIL), en el cual participa la Ingeniera Sandra Johana Ben\u00edtez Mu\u00f1oz, como coordinadora de l\u00ednea.<\/p><p>Cada joven investigador participa en 2 semilleros de investigaci\u00f3n, para un total de 8 a nivel institucional, vinculando a estudiantes de Tecnolog\u00eda en Gesti\u00f3n de Empresas de Econom\u00eda Solidaria y de otros programas acad\u00e9micos de ingenier\u00eda, licenciatura en educaci\u00f3n infantil y administraci\u00f3n de empresas.<\/p><p>El proyecto se desarrollar\u00e1 bajo la gu\u00eda de cuatro tutores de UNISANGIL categorizados por Minciencias: Sergio Andr\u00e9s Pe\u00f1a Perea acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 el proceso de Luz Karime Reyes Chaparro que tendr\u00e1 un enfoque investigativo priorizado en biotecnolog\u00eda; de igual manera Luz Yamile Caicedo Chac\u00f3n asesorar\u00e1 a Josu\u00e9 David Beltr\u00e1n Beltr\u00e1n; Carolina Salamanca Leguizam\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la tutora de Liliana Acosta Cotes, y por \u00faltimo Argenis Ram\u00edrez Ram\u00edrez monitorear\u00e1 el proceso de Elkin Fernando Delgado Ballesteros; estos tres \u00faltimos focalizan sus esfuerzos investigativos en el tema de agroindustria cada uno con aportes diferentes, partiendo de sus distintas profesiones.<\/p><p>Los j\u00f3venes investigadores y UNISANGIL se proponen que estos cuatro proyectos investigativos que vinculan comunidades del saber, que generen cambios positivos para la regi\u00f3n, especialmente los entornos vulnerables de la
