Red Santander de Programas de Egresados y Graduados (REDSEG), se reunieron en las instalaciones de la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria de San Gil, UNISANGIL, donde recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional (MEN) y llevaron a cabo la Segunda Asamblea Ordinaria correspondiente al mes de marzo.<\/p><p>Durante la jornada de trabajo desarrollada el jueves 16, se recibi\u00f3 la socializaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n por parte del MEN sobre la nueva herramienta de tableros y sistemas de indicadores del Observatorio Laboral para la Educaci\u00f3n Superior, que permite consultar, analizar y monitorear la informaci\u00f3n laboral de los egresados.<\/p><p>Este espacio estuvo a cargo de las funcionarias Leidy Moreno Cifuentes, coordinadora del Observatorio Laboral para la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (OLE) y Delfina Jim\u00e9nez, l\u00edder funcional de los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n del OLE. Un instrumento que permitir\u00e1 gestionar de mejor manera los datos sobre nuestros egresados y los de otras instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior en cuanto al perfil de los mismos y su situaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p><p>El viernes 17 se desarroll\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n de la red, teniendo en cuenta las gestiones realizadas y compromisos de las pr\u00f3ximas actividades. Igualmente, se trabaj\u00f3 con los equipos l\u00edderes de las empresas \u201cViva Australia\u201d y \u201cMedMaster Assist &#8211; VAS Alemania\u201d, empresas encargadas de la movilidad de egresados en diferentes \u00e1reas del conocimiento a pa\u00edses como Australia y Alemania. Ambas entidades ayudan, por medio de sus conexiones, la inserci\u00f3n laboral de profesionales colombianos a empresas de los pa\u00edses anteriormente mencionados.<\/p><p>La Red Santander de Programas de Egresados y Graduados (REDESG) contin\u00faa gestionando espacios de capacitaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento, tanto para sus integrantes como para todos sus egresados y
